You have purchased a quality product by spirella. To ensure that you can enjoy it for a long time, we offer you a number of useful tips on how to care for your purchase. Pay attention to the care icons: you will find these on the spirella package or the care tags sewn into the hem.

How to remove mould stains:
The warm and humid conditions in bathrooms are an ideal breeding ground for mould. It is best prevented by regular ventilation. In case of mould stains on the inside of the textile shower curtain, they are easily removed with a weak chlorine solution:
The smell of plastic!
The smell of plastic of new vinyl/PVC-curtains will decrease after a few days. It will be further reduced by placing the shower curtain in a mild soap sud and rinsing it off with warm water before using it the first time.
Calcium deposits on Vinyl/PEVA curtains
Wipe off with a soft sponge and cleaner’s vinegar, then rinse off with water.
Add 0.5 litre javel (bleach) to 10 litres of warm water, stir thoroughly
spirella bath rugs are produced with high quality yarns. They are machine-washable and tumble-dry safe. The high quality backing fabrics have an anti-slip latexed lower side and can be used on heated floors. When using them on synthetic floors, check the recommendations of the supplier.
Wash bath rugs separately.
Wash sets with several parts together to avoid irregular color lightening.
Clean fluff filter/ filter of tumble-dryer and washing machine.

PVC
The smell of new PVC can be reduced by soaking the bath inserts in mild soap suds. Rinse with warm water and, if needed, dry in the open air.

Porous surfaces of older bath tubs and shower trays can affect the adhesive power. To avoid slipping, do not use oil-based cosmetics.
Mix bath additives with the flowing water only after attaching the bath insert safely.

• Use a laundry net
• Clean fluff filter and drum
